What is the name of a kids Cupcake decorating toy?

I saw this ad on tv for a new kids toy, which allows them to bake a miniature cake in the microwave for 30 seconds and then decorate it however they want using coloured fondant and cookie cutters. I want to buy this for a friend but can’t remember the name of it.
